Hinkaru of the Flash is one of OC's. She is in service of the Spider King Moorichi, another one of OC's as the Spider King's second strongest Elemental General. She wields Lightning Magic for her Element, and a deadly scythe for her weapon. She would be known as the Flash due to her Lightning speed, along with her quickness on how she skillfully wields her element and her weapon. Hinkaru is Janku of the Stealth's only apprentice. Hinkaru had a elven mother and a human father for her race mixtures at one point before they were killed by an unfortunate accident where Hinkaru could not control her powers at a young age. The reason Hinkaru's age is +18 is because the Spider King Moorichi casted a spell of Eternal Youth on her 18th birthday where she can never grow old. She may look young, but do not be fooled, she is nearly 200 years old, and do not confuse it with immortality since in this case...she can still die just like the remaining Element Generals can if she was killed in combat for instance.
