I must confess, first glimpse of her in the trailer, I wasn't that big of a fan of Sera's hair, but it looks so much better in your Art. She doesn't look like a man at all, you've done a perfect depiction of a character both feminine and badass.
Having been called an expert of the Fade, Solas peeked my curiosity of what kind of character he could be. And looking at your visual interpretation I'm all the more fascinated. That look in his eye instantly makes me think, here is a guy who is full of knowledge but also has his fair share of secrets. I'm guessing that helped inpire the title "Team Suspicious"?
As for the guy in the centre, my Inquisition knowledge is pretty out of date. Is he actually called Dorian? Based on first impressions I reckon he's going to be one of those Charming and Suave type of guys (like Zevran and Varric before him). If the Ballroom party scene in one of the trailers is a fortelling to a potential quest (And I really hope he is) something tells me he might steal the show if he accompanies the Inquisitor. Also I love the staff your gave him; how come Origins and II didn't give trident sceptres for mages?!

It's really hard to make out much of the details in the trailer, but I gave it a go. Who knows though. Perhaps there is even changes to done with some of the companions hair just like their clothing.
As for "Team Suspicious" It's basically, Sera will steal all the loot i gather, Dorian will throw me into the fray of battle just to see how well i handle it, and Solas, well he's just suspicious. (Just thoughts based on speculation of their personalities.)
Well, we don't really know if he's Dorian but everything so far points to it. Dorian Pavus is a Tevinter Magister, brazen and clever. In his concept art he carries both a trident staff and a sword.
