The funny thing about the D3 Barbaraian is tha the looks like...such an old man. This is still a good fanart though...but I've always pictured a barbarian to look like Conan or something.

The same guy? Where did it say that? I guess it being the same dude does make sense. Is he the only one of the playable characters that survives? I haven't completed D2 yet. I just started playing the game and I'm stuck in Act II. I can't defeat Duriel!

My char is a 27 spear/javazon. I don't have the expansion so a mercenary might not help. he does buy me a little time for me to put up a portal. I've got thawing pots but that didn't help much either. AFter taking a thawing pot, he just hits me again.

I honestly don't know what they are. :] I just drew some vicious looking skinny horned things.
And I'm afraid the Druid won't be returning in D3. At least not as a playable character. Blizzard have said that the only playable character returning, is the Barbarian. However, they've also said that some of the other playable characters may return in expansions, but they haven't really started thinking about whether they want to bring them back or not.

None of the characters announced so far, have really caught my attention. Even so, I know the game will be awesome. :]

Absolutely stunning! I am so looking forward to this game, but beyond that...your techniques are remarkable and this is just so detailed! Superb art!

I'm glad to hear you like it. :]
I'm afraid I don't do requests though. I've already got too many ideas for drawings that require my attention. :/

oh my god this is amazing how on earth do you colour this on computer it must take months.
Im trying to learn computer drawing, i've done some stuff already but i cant understand how you do this
I use photoshop CS 2 is there better for this kind of art? if so i would realy appreciate it if you could give me some program names.
you're sorceress drawings inspired me to do one of my own you can look if you want but its no where near as good as this.
Thanks.

The drawing took one week to finish, which is more time than it should have. x)
You'll always discover new methods of doing things if you fiddle around with the program enough, or look up a few tutorials or anything like that. Just keep working. :]
I'm also using Photoshop. I'd love to learn how to use Corel Painter, 'cause it's got some cool tools, but I never seem to get around to it. The most helpful tool I have, however, is my tablet. If you don't have one, and would like to continue doing digital art, I suggest you get one.
I looked at your sorceress. The first thing I noticed is that you've copied and flipped half of her body over to finish it. While the human body is near symmetrical, drawing it like that makes the picture look kind of stiff and you lose some dynamism in the composition. Still, I think your drawing is cool. Keep it up. :]

Thanks i have tablet and im still getting use to it, its not the same as drawing on paper little more tricky in my opinion
As for copying and fliping i only copied and fliped her arms the rest i drew
when you say one week do you mean like 168 hours or just did a bit every day for a week
i preffer my moagim picture
Also do you line you're pictures out then colour?
and is there like some way to blend colours other then zooming right in and changing every pixel?
thank you

By one week I mean a bit every day.
I don't do detailed line art before I start coloring, although many people do that, and it works well. It's something I'm thinking about getting used to. In this drawing, however, I started by blocking in shapes very roughly, and then gradually adding detail until I get the result I want.
To blend colors, simply change the Opacity and Flow (shown at the top of the screen when you have your brush enabled). I usually keep the Opacity at 100% and Flow at anything between 1% and 100%, depending on how opaque I want my lines to be. You should also go to the brush menu and add Shape Dynamics and Other Dynamics. Play around with the settings until you get something you're comfortable with. You won't break anything by enabling all sorts of stuff there. You can always go back to a default brush and start over, so go ahead and try things out.
Blending colors nicely takes a little bit of practice. I'm still not particularly good at it. But you'll get the hang of it eventually.

Thanks. :] I actually like the new barbarian design a lot better than the old one. Bald guys with pony tails look weird, in my opinion. I kind of miss the war paint though.
