No, I get that part. The part that I don't understand is why people are making stories about the main characters as animatronics and calling it FNAF stuff. Sure, i can see the inspiration from the game, but just because the ponies are drawn as animatronics doesn't make them part of FNAF.
I'll take the crossovers of the characters in the game. I'll take the canon characters drawn as ponies. I can't take that people are now just submitting pictures of regular ponies into FNAF groups.
I have nothing against people that like it. I know that it's very popular. But at a point, it's no longer even a crossover; it's just ponies ponies ponies that people SAY are still part of whatever fandom it is that they try to include them in. That's not right!
Or even something like this:

But it's in FOUR FNAF grous at the time that I'm writing this.
The description is the ONLY thing that mentions SOMETHING partially relevant to FNAF.
They talk about "An Apple Forgotten;" which I understand to be a crossover fanfiction of both fandoms.
But nowhere there does it say "Five Nights At Freddy's." Nowhere does it mention the plot of the game or any details, or even any canon characters' names!
It's that kind of thing that I consider "invading" a fandom.
While I KNOW that An Apple Forgotten DOES exist, this picture alone does not qualify (for me) as something that should be included in any FNAF groups. Now, if she was at all drawn like an animatronic, I would think that it should be in these groups. But as is, it doesn't.
And we both know that this isn't the ONLY example of this kind of thing out there. Why, I bet either of us would be hard pressed to find a fangroup without any ponies in it. THEY'RE EVERYWHERE!!!
Again, I'm not saying that ponies are bad. I'm not saying that bronies and pegasisters and other fans of MLP are bad. I'm saying that including stuff that doesn't belong is bad.

I do mean in general. But in general, ponies are a big culprit. It's hard to deny that, but you can try all you want.
I don't appreciate you making it look like I'm talking about the animal. I'm not stupid, and I would like you to not make it seem like you think that I'm talking about the animal because you know very well that I am not. You are aware that we are talking about the creatures from the series "My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic" (fairly exclusively that one because I don't see any other generation's designs being used in this case) because you're responding to me about that, and your bringing up the animal, as if I'm unaware that they are actual living creatures of this planet, is very rude.
And I'm not saying that there isn't room for them or any other fandom. I'm saying that they shouldn't be taking up room that doesn't belong to them. I don't think many fandoms DIRECTLY intrude upon those precious equestrians, do they? Crossovers are fine for any fandom; if one likes that kind of thing; but things that do not at all concern a fandom should never be included in it. I mean, you wouldn't like to see some random picture of Spongebob in your Thunder A Hero's Welcome group, would you? Saaaaame thiiiing!!!!

It's completely fair! I said the straight up ponies; not the crossover ones. Ponified Freddy, Chica, Bonnie, Foxy, Toy Freddy, Toy Bonnie, Toy Chica, Mangle, Balloon Boy, Puppet/Marionette, and any fancharacter designed exclusively for FNAF belongs in a FNAF group. The same would be true for absolutely every other fandom. Random pictures of ONLY Rarity, Apple Jack, Pinkie Pie, Rainbow Dash, Fluttershy, Twilight Sparkle, Celestia, Luna, Discord, Chrysalis, Gilda, Spike, and any other MLP characters do NOT belong in any fangroup BESIDES the MLP ones. And you can't pretend that there aren't that many out there; there are hundreds. If they want attention for their pony art, they should submit it to a pony group; not just any old fandom's group.
You really are rude if you do think I'm talking about living animals. Yeah, i know that "ponies" means an Equus ferus caballus; I'm not braindead. But you sure seem to be if you think that this conversation has anything to do with those beings. You know that you and I are discussing fictional technicolored horses from a CARTOON; not actual living breathing creatures.
I don't care that your friend's horse died. I really don't. I just don't appreciate you blaming people that probably have never heard of the show for killing it. That's like blaming a Caucasian person for a random African American's murder. Sure, it happens; I'm not denying it. But you can't say that Caucasian people are the ONLY ones killing African Americans.
And you have to think: why ARE there so many pony haters??? Hmmm... well, maybe it's because there are so many pony supporters! Pony supporters and fans that try to intrude upon everything, like what we're talking about now. That's the same for every hate group. And no matter what you say, you can't know love without some form of hatred existing. Nothing can be perfect, and your arguments will never do anything to make that change.
Ahah! You said "crossover." That's what I'm saying: CROSSOVERS are okay. But a picture of Spongebob (or any other character from anything else) that does not at all reference your series in the group DOES NOT belong. I know that you would get upset if I tried to submit this very picture into your group, wouldn't you???
You're really rude, you know that? I know that Golden Freddy isn't a pony. In fact, Golden Freddy isn't even a bear. He's an animatronic endoskeleton that happens to have a costume that represents a bear; as the MLP characters are illustrations that represent ponies and horses. I'm not stupid. And the only reason that I called this picture by the title that I intentionally gave it is because I wanted people like you to know that I don't care what you think about ponies; that I think that they're horrible for trying to invade on every fandom that exists. And I'm not blaming the ponies themselves OR the creators and animators of the show; I exclusively blame fans like you who think that everything is okay because it's just a pony doing it. It's not. And it never will be.
But you can go on in your own little delusional world and continue thinking that way if you feel like it. I don't care. I can't make you do anything. I can just give my own opinion about the matter and complain when it happens again. Because I have no power over what others do; and I never will. And I'm never asking to. I'm just standing up for people that agree with me in that not EVERYTHING needs ponies.

I don't care about the millions of other people that are dying that this very second either, and if you say that you really and truly do, then you're the biggest lair that I have ever encountered.

I have no idea what you're talking about when you say that "a person can't be rude." That makes literally no sense. If that's the case, then a person can't be depressed OR offended. And just for the record: if you ever want to start something like this again where you can only defend yourself by trying to guilt the opposing party into giving into your opinion by saying that your friend's horse dies, or that you have depression, or that a person cannot be rude, then you're only showing that the other person has won the argument. And if you ever DO want to TRY and start something again, you better not make any excuses for why you end it. Either you say that the other person won or "you have your opinions and I have mine." You can't get OFFENDED when you start stuff, you know? And if you ARE so easily offended: don't start stuff; don't get into conversations that aren't your own; and don't go on the internet.
