HER DESIGN ISN'T DONE YET BUT I HAD TO POST THIS
There's a few small things I want to change, and obviously more that needs to be added to her ref sheet, so I'll keep updating this every time I change something!
The most notable changes are
1. The colors of her DC-17(s), I'm removing the green and silver parts so that they're a matte black-gray like in TCW.
2. The paint pattern on the thigh armor, I'm not terribly fond of the V stripes but that's what I have so far
3. The design of her knife blade in general, it's a bit too basic at the moment-
Also the ref sheet was made with that blank Death Watch Mando template that was floating around google for like ten years, so I'll actually make my own version in a bit.

So yeah anyway here's a bit of a backstory on her since a few people were asking (character questions stolen from ARC-Trooper-Star ):

-Basics-

Name: Yeron Riaus

Rank: Child?? She works alone as a bounty hunter, so not really ranked XD

Age: 14-15 in the main part of the story, 12 in the order 66 era.

Gender: Female

Home planet: Mandalore

-Physical Details-

Height: 5'6 (167.64 cm according to google)

Skin: She pale

Hair: Dark brown

Eyes: Light blue

Habits: She has several nervous ticks, like picking at bits of her armor and flicking her rangefinder up and down. She might not seem it, but she's really anxious 70% of the time.

Gestures/Mannerisms: She's very gruff, which makes most of her movements seem stiff. Her emotions mostly show through her eyebrows which are very expressive. She spins her guns when pulling them out in casual situations, but not in battle since it's impractical. She also hates this, but she's quite fond of hugging and in very emotional situations will hug people.

Voice: If I had to choose someone to voice act her I'd say AJ Michalka is most similar to her voice in my head.

Scars: One on her right cheek from when her mother was killed, as the blaster bolt grazed her face. She's got numerous others from her adventures but that one's the most important.

Other:
She's gone through phases with her hair, so at points she had it dyed or cut a certain way, etc. This is mostly because people experiment with hair in times of crisis, and her life from age 11 on has been one big crisis. She generally prefers it short though, to be most functional under her helmet.
Speaking of helmets, she doesn't have a ton of stigma around revealing her face to people. She actually removes her helmet pretty often, preferring to generate her own cold stare than to rely on the helmet to do so.

-Personality-

Loves/Favourites: Time alone when it's quiet, sleeping without nightmares, 75 degree weather, high ground (I swear it's not just because of the meme, she actually does like the high ground during fights).

Hates: Loud and tightly packed spaces, working with other people, inefficient weapons, and bugs.

Hobbies: She's low-key an artist, but only mages to draw her traumas so she rarely picks up her pencil. She also reads a TON in order to gain as much knowledge as possible without having to interact with anybody.

Talents/Skills: Fighting because Mandalorian, art, reading people.

Character Strengths: Physically strong, tactically smart, trusts herself completely.

And the coinciding weaknesses: Anything reminding her of past events is immediately triggering, she often comes off as cold to people, and is a tad bit of a narcissist because she thinks nobody is capable of being at her level.

Adores small cute animals that aren't bugs, though she'll never admit it.
Is easily addicted to caf and therefore avoids it at all costs.

Most valued possession: Her armor in general, as it's made from pieces of the armor of people she cared about.

Angry, calculating, easily agitated and intimidating.

As was earlier mentioned, she's easily addicted to caf XD
She can get fixated on completing a mission (and by that I mean she'll pull all-nighters researching or tracking somebody).
She becomes heavily dependent on Azim once she re-enters her life, as Azim's the sole protector of her mental and physical health as well as the only person she trusts.

What is his/her sexual preference/experience/values?
She's a child so it's not like she's dated anybody, but she's an ace lesbian.

-History/Background-

Setting: Clone Wars initially and then Imperial era.

Educational background/other learning experiences: Learned everything she knows about the galaxy from Azim and Crisis, and learned practical things like math and writing from her teachers on Mandalore. Her experience in fighting and such came from studying the Death Watch after her mother was betrayed and killed by them.

Intelligence Level: It takes her forever to think through things, but when she comes to a decision it's a very well-informed one. So she's smart-

Family: Mother dearest, deceased. Azim the bestie, currently traveling the galaxy together. Crisis the adoptive brother, deceased.

Friends: Azim, Crisis, and sort of Azim's master.

-Backstory-

Childhood
Trauma, trauma, and more trauma.
JK she was dong fine until her mom joined Death Watch. She had a content childhood, going to school and helping her mother with household stuff. When the Clone Wars started, her mother turned desperate to get money as her trade business collapsed. She ends up joining Death Watch and stealing during raids/attacks, keeping it all a secret from Yeron.

During the Clone Wars
Okay here's the trauma
Yeron's mom is busy doing thievery while Yeron befriends Azim and by extension Crisis. She learns whole new things about the galaxy and the harsh reality of war, which leads her to finally mature a bit because she was very idealistic. Her sudden understanding of the world creates a division between her and her mother, who still sees her as her innocent kid. As war tensions rise during the Siege of Mandalore, Yeron confronts her mother about what she's been doing when she leaves the house. The two have a fight as Yeron's mother reveals she's a member of Death Watch, and Yeron argues that she's wrong to be one and that there were better options. Yeron attempts to run away and help Azim (who had said she felt a disturbance and needed to be with Crisis earlier that day), but her mother follows her and begs her to come back. Suddenly they stop, and Yeron begins yelling about how her mother didn't care enough to protect her properly, evidenced by the battle going on around her. Yeron's mother promises to leave Death Watch to be with her, and is immediately shot by a nearby Death Watch member for disloyalty. The blaster bolt narrowly misses Yeron, grazing the right side of her face and leaving with a scar. Her mother, however, loses her life. Doused in her mother's blood, Yeron's adrenaline takes over and she takes her mother's armor to protect herself while finding her way through the battle. She searches for Azim, but only finds Crisis' dead body. Assuming her friend is dead as well, she runs away to hide. After the battle she holds a private funeral for Azim, Crisis, her mother, and Azim's master (whose body she also finds when she returned for Crisis').

Order 66
Yeron wasn't directly involved in Order 66, as she wasn't with Azim and Crisis at the time. But most of the paragraph above happens during Order 66.

Empire/Rebellion Era
She makes her living as a bounty hunter, bouncing job-to-job in her ship or whatever is available to hitchhike in. After four years she's reunited with Azim after a chance encounter on Batuu, and the two begin a mission to find the rebellion that they've heard rumors of.

I'm not sure whether to make Azim and Yeron's story a comic or a series of written chapters, so let me know your preference in the comments
