*the place is covered in cobwebs and dust. Theres some blood stains splattered on the wall as well as skeletons against the wall wearing GUN outfits*

Sonic: *seeing the skeletons made his fur bristle in surprise, but he quickly calmed down and examined closer* what the heck kinda of halloween place is this?

*thunder cracks outside as he jumps in shock, the outline of something appears on the wall down the hall from the flash of light*

*Sonic blinked with curiosity as he took his attention away from the skeleton and began to make his way down the hall*

*he walks into the room that casted the silhouette and sees a tube in the center of the room, covered in a thick layer of dust and with blinking lights all around it. A heart monitor on the side thats beeping slowly*

Sonic: I steped into a sci fi *he carefully went up to the tube and began to wipe the dust off, sneezing and coughing a bit by doing so*

*a terribly skinny creature was curled up tightly inside, wires attached to his body and an oxygen mask was strapped around his muzzle. He's completely bony and his muzzles pale*

Sonic: oh my...th-this awful...I-I gotta help him.

*he spies a control panel to his left*

*Sonic went over and looked at it, tryign to see if there is any way to release him*

*he pushes a big red button as dust flies off the hinges, the front of the pod breaking off and the water spill out out all over the floor. The creature falls out and collapses against the floor*

Sonic: oh geez *carefully goes up to the creature and holds him gently* hey bud? u all right?

???:*opens his eyes slowly, looking at Sonic slowly with his crimson eyes*
(Sonic knows who it is :3 Its a few years after Shadow sacrificed himself back at the ARK from SA2)

Sonic: okay maybe this will work *grabs it and places the mask over Shadow's muzzle*

Shadow:*coughs softly but it seems to be working. He feels unnaturally light and his bony ribs jab Sonic's back when he's put on Sonic's back to be carried. He can feel Shadow's chest weakly jerking in pain*

Sonic: *looks back outside* u need someplace warm...and I know staying here won't help

Shadow:*his wolf tail slowly curls around Sonic's arm thats gripping him so he stays on*

Sonic: *smiles a bit but then looks back out in the rain* so hate water...but I know I can make it to the house...*hangs tight on Shadow and begins to head out quickly*

*A creature follows close to them, hiding in the shadows*

Sonic: don't worry Shadow, I got ya...I promise I'll make ya better again *it took him some time, but he finally got to his head and went inside*

Shadow:*placed on the couch as he groans softly*

Sonic: *places two soft pillows behind his head and a warm blanket to cover his body--then goes to the kitchen and warms up some food before heading back to the black blur* Shadow...what has happened to u...

Sonic: it's all right Shadow, I got ya *looks at him* whoever did this to u will pay...*hears a bell ring and goes to the kitchen as he grabs the food and comes back to him, placing it on a table* all right it's time to eat...so I need u to use any strength u have okay?
