No, the bottle of alcohol has a symbol on it that is read as "chikara" which gets translated as "strength".

My question is: how strong is that alcohol that it would have that symbol on it?

The alcohol of this picture is the Japanese alcohol "the juice of a fairy" made from my fancy.
Although it is an ambiguous setup, it is very strong alcohol.
