Well, I got to doodling up a bunch more at work today! These look a lot better in person.(I stopped adding the grill after I found out he doesn't actually have that (and it was dumb and time consuming to draw))

I honestly sort of like this whole "taking an inanimate mask and giving it facial expressions" thing, call it a guilty pleasure if you will. I'm getting very heavy Emperor Zurg vibes here.

I actually like the grillework on the first two heads. It gives a nice bit of texture to an otherwise simplified character design.

I imagine this in a cartoon of Vader trying to "rehearse" how he's going to tell Luke that he's his father.
1st; "No - I am your father."
2nd; "I'm your father - got a problem with that?!"
3rd; "I'm your father - I am JUST as surprised as you are!"
4th; "I'm your father...Deal with it."
5th; "I'm your father...Isn't that great? We can do Father-Son things together...Right?...Right?"
6th; "I'm your father...though, I don't know how, considering I killed your mother while she was pregnant...weird."
7th; "Listen - I'm not too thrilled about it either."
And the 8th one is obviously where he just gets fed up with trying.
