Herp derp some random ass character my friend and I just made up XD

Would you believe me if I said I drew this with the track pad on my crappy school computer??? Because I did and it honestly wasn't that hard like idek

ANYWAYS YEAH HAPPY LATE EASTER or whatever. And my school dance is on Friday and I'm going to get a dress with my Grandma today ^^

And i don't understand why but when I converted this to make the background transparent, it turned the file to a gif????? Like, I DONT WANT THAT. And now I can only submit this as an animation even though it's not.... ;-; I don't understand.
