Tis Jervis Tetch, aka The Mad Hatter, as seen in Batman: The Animated Series. A little background for you: I am the admin of the Scarecrow and Mad Hatter club know as ~Fear-and-Madness and frankly, I feel sort of bad for Jervis, since the majority of the people joining lately are only Scarecrow fans. Not that I mind; the more the merrier when it comes to making new friends. Still, I feel bad for poor Jervis. Give him some love, please?Oh, and feel free to color this one!

Well, I'm hard put to place something in particular. For now, I'd just say practice drawing him a little more, and do some sketches of his facial expressions. That's always a good start.

I must say their are many Scarecrow fangirls (I for one, am proudly one of them) but latley it's been for the Cillian0Murphy-pretty-boy-not-realy-the-scarecrow scarecrow. I'm a good-old-fashioned-grumpy-old-guy-scarecrow scarecrow fangirl. That's why I think JErvis has so few fangirls; Nolan hasn't made him a pretty boy yet.

I love Jervis, even if he is a creeper. I think it's because he can be so evily pervrted and disturbing on so many levels, while maintining such an innocense about him! *sigh* oh, Jervis...
My friends and I have all decided that every writer talks to their characters; for me this means they all live in my basment; so whenever I do a batman fanfiction.... you get the picture. Because of this I have met Tim Sale's Scarecrow and Hatter, almost all of the BTAS criminals excluding Man-bat, the Clock King and Clayface, The live action villians, and all of WB's The Batman criminals. PLUS all of my original designes of most all the villians.
That's five Joker's (BTAS, The Batman, Mine, Heath Ledger AND Jack Nickolson)
And they wonder why I'm sanity challenged. Ha!
