Altough he don't like if others try to control him, he can be trusted and he will never betray you if he finds you trustable. He can act like an antagonist, but it's only because of his low EQ. Most of the time he shows no emotions, but if the right person earns his trust, and teach him other emotions he will open up more.

He has a hard time making friends due to his father. He doesn't really know how to make friends.

He is perseverant, even if it's difficult or uncomfortable to reach a higher goal or outcome he won't stop.

Background: In his childhood he was called a child prodigy, everyone were expecting great things from him.
Yon's mother is a workaholic who spent most of her time at work as a secretary who later left her husband for her CEO. After the incident he lived with his father who wanted to be a famous musician, but he got into an accident and had to ampute some of his finger joints. The father exteriorizes his music related dreams to Yon, he enrolled him to a bunch of musical instrument lessons. In the end Yon chose the piano, however he can play on gayageum(traditional korean music instrument) and a little bit of violin.
During his life he was under his father's pressure who wanted to control his son. Yon always played on various instruments in his free time, so he didn't had time to make friends. Under this oppressive lifestyle he learned to control his feelings, dividing body and mind, thereby he can control others(not OP, basically he tells others what they want to "hear" and therefore with his words he can get them to do what he wants).
He moved out when he reached 18 years old. For 2 years he lived in an apartment that he rented in Gangnam-gu. During his life he played in many orchestras(one of the reasons he was called a child prodigy), but nowdays he is chilling, searching his life goal beside music. Since as a youngster he earned great amount of money, he can live in the stockbroker belt.
Eventually he moved out of South-Korea and headed to UK, London.
