As someone who has been doing HDR for a while now, my critique of this pic is as follows:
1. Compositionally, it too lopsided. You could perhaps try and perspective correct it in PS.
2. The church is also not properly vertical.
3. The sky looks too unnatural, and looks like a layer or a replacement sky and detracts from the architecture.
4. Get Photomatix Pro or a dedicated HDR app if you really want to do HDR
5. I would have placed myself further back to take the shot to get more of the site in the pic and then cropped it down.
6. Your HDR process hasn't pulled out enough detail in the church, particularly in the shadow areas.
Did you do 3 handheld exposures or on a tripod? If they were handheld, pic your best exposure and create two more +/-1 and then reprocess.
