Description
This is the fourth installment of my Barton NPCs banners. :3These people are Cindy Dinovinh and Nicu (Nicolae, as we like to call him) and they are from Gaia Online . Cindy is the reporter that does most of the announcements, and Nicolae is a "gypsy," but I like to think him more of as a 'trader' or a ' peddler' of sorts. Nicolae appeared in the Durem manga, but it's been stated that he is currently in Barton, so we like to think of him as ours. xD Cindy is the banner girl on the main Olympics site, and the News Station was located in Barton, until it got destroyed by Santa. xDD (Ironic, huh, since the background colors are Christmas colors. xDD)

I kinda thought of Nicolae as more of a con-artist or one of those black market sellers. Anways, either way, I'm sure he has a reason for doing what he does.
