The poor Heart Collector unknowingly losing his heart to the woman he had loved with all his soul, who turned out to merely be a half witch, seeking his heart to strengthen her powers and not have to worry about aging for centuries.

Using him, stealing his heart, leaving him crushed and broken, alone, he lived an empty life, until the twins of Heart and Diamond found him; the Heart surrendering half of her own heart. HC remained jaded and cold to the world as these two attempted to liven him up, taking care of him in anyway they could. But still, he remained unchanged.

One day, however, something happened, changing inside of him, and he left, gone for days, and upon his return, they saw something different, something startling as this once empty man now stood before them.

They saw darkness. Hatred. A twisted satisfaction.
In his hand, he held a heart, its glow beginning to fade as he seemed to take the emotion radiating from it, converting it to something else, empowering him, leaving him feeling more alive than ever.

This man, who was once shunned love, yet still saw the beauty in an emotionally beating heart, now became a heartless bastard, taking the hearts of the innocent as their hearts beat fervently, in joy, fear, rage, any emotion he may stir and take for his own, as in his eyes...

...Everyone deserves to suffer.
