Jaune knows that better than most people seem to think

Jaune cant do what needs to be done inside of Beacon, he needs to leave and go do what must be done to see to it that the world becomes peaceful and not like his world. Pyrrha would see him and try to stop him only to fail. This, in turn, makes Pyrrha want to get stronger, if only to 'save' Jaune. While Jaune gets to go out and fuck with the people/things/whatever that make the world into what his world was like.

You should definitely add this, i really love a plot like this and read something similar like how the main character thinks he a threat to others or something among those lines and his friend(even crush or family) tries to stop him even if they have to fight him but loses and begs him not to go.

It could work, he might need to go off one his own to get revenge on Roman or maybe even his uncle, something along those lines. I say go for it, it will be an interesting twist from the canon storyline.
