ah, i see you are a plushy creator yourself! 8D
i hand crochet each section of the body. i use different types of yarn, normally medium worsted, but i mostly look for color and softness. i fill it with polyester fiber-fill, and any loose hair is the similar yarn tied on in between the little holes in the crochet stiches, and sealed at the knot, each one individually added.
