I have an idea. Why was piccolo powerful enough to beat Frieza in his second form when it had a power level of one million. Meanwhile piccolo had a power level of one thousand and one hundred. Yes, he did fuse with Nail who had a power level of 47,000. And he did go to the same planet Goku went to for training. But, he never even trained at all. He just sat in place and meditated the whole time. Say he DID get a power boost from being on that planet and his power level was 25,000. Then when he fused with Nail let's ASSUME he gained more power than the actual combined result and it was 250,000. That's nothing compared to the one million power level Frieza had even if Frieza had been holding back and only used half of his normal power level.

I wouldn't reall count that as a plot hole, because
1) we don't know how much Piccolo trained off-camera, but he seemed to be confident, that he could beat a guy on his own who was far stronger then Vegeta, and Piccolo is not a fool, so I'd say he got plenty stronger during his death.
2) We don't know how namekian fusion works, but pretty much any kind of fusion gives you far more power then what the original two hade, so it's quite normal that their fusion was this strong.

Yourwelcome. Although when Piccolo fought Tien, Chiatzou, and Yamcha he almost got beaten up pretty badly. And King Kai did say Piccolo hadn't been training. But, perhaps Piccolo did train after that part.

I know, but that fight was only filler though. I don't think that Tien and co. would stand a change against him, I mean the difference in their powers was always waaay too great.

It's kind of wrong to say fillers don't count. Let's abandon this idea and go to a new one. Why did Frieza's energy ball of death send Bardock into the past while killing Frieza's own minions and all the sayans? What happened to Bardock's psychic powers? Why did all the other sayans that didn't look anything like the later sayans both look AND sound the same as each other?

Why? I base this PHD on the manga, not the anime, so of course filler does not count here. (Especially, if that filler is nonsense ^^)

Oh, I can't tell you how much I freaking HATE that piece of a crap shark-jumping failure of a manga called Episode of Bardock.
It made about as much sense as ... I don't even know... It just was sheer stupidity at is lowest... Ugh... I hate it...
If one was to analyse plot holes with that one, it would be a 500 page comic XD

How did Chill know about the magical healing goop? Why does Bardock care about the little aliens when he has killed so many people? Where the hell did he go after he killed Chill? All this and more on the NEXT EPISODE OF BARDOCK!!! This time with EVEN MORE plot holes.

Bardock mysteriously travels into the future where goku is a super sayan. He doesn't know anyone and then kicks the ass of every Z fighter and Vegeta without going super sayan and vegeta doesn't go super sayan either for some reason. Then he fights Goku and eventually Goku goes super sayan. When this happens Bardock is so proud of his son he fades away forever from the face of the Earth. And Goku somehow understands even though he doesn't even though what his father even looked like. Stay tuned for episode 4 of Bardock.
OH! OH! I KNOW! At least I think I know. How about when Mr. Popo uses his magic carpet to go to the other side of the planet to take Bulma to an ancient spaceship, but he can't use it to take Goku to fight Nappa before he kills Tien, Chiatzou, and Piccolo? Or when Broly goes super sayan he was technically the first super sayan before Goku. And then when Bardock traveled back in time he was ALSO technically the first super sayan.

Well, while it would be certainly awesome to turn my parodies into videos - especially with pros like TFS - , but I'm pretty sure none of their members would bother with it, even if I asked them to, so I think I'll stick with comics ^^
I have no idea, how one could get a connection to TFS anyway. ^^
