I agree the depth of field blurr is way off. But overall I like this render. Great job!
V-ray for cinema4D is something I'm still trying to get, it's nice to see it can produce high quality works such as this!

for the amount of DOF on the back of the room - the outside is far to sharp.
the rag in front of the window looks to spiky for the moment. this could be more fluffy. the chairs look very wide and you could rotate them a bit so they look not too artificially setup. Even the rag before the window is set at a right angle. turn this a bit as well.
nice vases and material. The glasses leave a strange dark halo on the table.
nice lighting and materials, but you could achieve a more realistic look...
