Description
The musk oxen are painted from the diorama display from the AMNH's North American Mammal Hall. I chose this diorama because the oxen slowly marching out of a snow storm seemed like they were on a long, determined march to greener, unfrozen pastures.H 15" x W 16.5" x D 2", canvas on wooden stretcher. Acrylics.
