this Individual of Carapar’s species, who enhanced himself with technology was once a General of Carapar’s Army in the league of the six Kingdoms. who was in charge of leading the elite Army, which was in charge of leading the “peasant army”.
He always approved of Carapar’s strategies, and was basically always kissing his feet. but the rebellion against Mata Nui weakened his approval of Carapar very much, since he never understood how they were supposed to fight Mata Nui. He always brought up the point that nobody ever saw him, so how were they supposed to attack him? after the Brotherhood of Makuta ended the league of the six kingdoms, he became suspicious “why would others need to fulfill the will of Mata Nui? why didn’t he stroke down the armies himself?” this led him to the conclusion that Mata Nui didn’t exist.
After Carapar’s reign fell, he founded a new, smaller one, called “Kanzir-Pakari”. His intention was now to conquer every village and city, which was part of the league of six kingdoms, in hope to start a new rebellion against the brotherhood, to destroy it.
He led his armies to the villages, inhabited by the people of Takadox’ species, capturing many of them and selling them as slaves to the Slave Market in the Waters of Zakaz, like Gakuhrii. He enforced his authority there by sheer force and became a dictator in conquered areas, while his own people lived in a well-paced democracy. the slave-like working conditions made the economy of Kanzir-Pakari grow like no other.
he conquered 3 small islands. one, which was basically Takadox’ former home, one island of Mantax’ species and one Island, which was a miniature version of Xia, only less vile, until he conquered it.
The Order of Mata Nui sent him anonymous warnings, to keep distance to Matoran inhabited areas. he dismissed them and started to attack Matoran villages. The Order sent Botar on him, but unfortunately, Harashiel wasn’t in his palace when Botar arrived there. The Order assumed that he always stayed in his residence and wasn’t aware that Harashiel was always on the move, to keep his reigns in check, personally.
But people started to revolt against him and his tyranny. not only that, but Toa were also sent onto him, since he was also attacking Matoran inhabited areas. In a quick move, he declared all reigns to be independent from him and pretended to pay his debts on the conquered areas back. little did the people know, that he only paid a “war debt” once, which was only supposed to satisfy the Order of Mata Nui. the war-debts only consisted 10% of the repairs for the economical damage he had caused. he also offered to “help rebuilding the once conquered areas”, but demanded to always send a person, chosen by him, to keep the “rebuilding process in charge”. the Order only granted it to him in non-Matoran inhabitated areas.
Harashiel now got the opportunity to enforce his laws onto the people again, but now under the cover of “repairing the country”. like founding new laws of “security”, which didn’t allow open criticism on his government. everyone who openly criticized his government got arrested and sometimes sold as slave. the Slave-traders of Zakaz sometimes even tried to frame people for “rioting”, in order to sell more slaves, but after Harashiel realized that it would weaken his reigns, population-wise. Slaves were property and so not bound to any laws, much to the advantage of the slave-traders, who sold all the slaves to the Market at Zakaz, because in the former conquered areas, no one could afford a slave. So he tracked down and arrested the slave-traders in his country and the former conquered domains and forbid the slave-sale.
He framed it as a progress of rights for the individual, although he only did this, to strengthen his own economy and to stop the competition. People in the former conquered areas were still poor and the “repair measurements" showed little progress and were even slowed by Harashiel. in order to keep their dependence on him.
After Makuta Teridax took over Mata Nui’s body, he barely could believe it. his reign was destroyed pretty quickly, his army shattered and the ones who were left alive escaped.
He hid himself in his palace and prepared himself for the worst. After Teridax was finished by Mata Nui, he escaped to Spherus Magna, in hope to find the Soldiers for his army again. he didn’t and ended on the Streets of New Xia as a homeless, unemployed stray.
He was always confident of himself and considered him and his species as the most superior. he always took care of his own people, but never bothered for the others. Harashiel always sought for the biggest profit in the situation. He was always prejudiced towards other species and could never understand why Carapar allied himself to the other 5 Barraki. He tried to explain it to himself that Carapar only did it, for his own and his people’s advantage.
his armory consisted of several disc-launchers on his back, which had the power of charging his opponent’s power onto him, when they would hit their target, a large sword, which could slice even Protosteel, like butter and his Mask of Sensory Aptitude (enhanced and changed visually, to disguise it), which would give him the ability to sense any sign of weakness in his opponents, like a heart beating faster, the pulse increasing or if his opponent intended to go back a step.
