Considering the baby's significantly larger head size, I'd imagine the birthing to be extremely difficult if not impossible through regular means.

I'm agreeing most strongly because even if Megamind grew up to have such a nasty child hood (which he did nothing to deserve in the first place) he'd make a wonderful daddy.
