I had some spare time after working on the comic tonight, and just finished reading One Piece vol 16 today, so I drew Wapol.He's really doofy looking, even for a One Piece villain. Which is why I wanted to draw him.
Fun fact: When I decided to start drawing Nore (the Uprising leader) all retarded and silly most of the time, it was Wapol that inspired it.
Wapol is owned by Eiichiro Oda, who is not afraid to design really doofy looking villains, which makes him awesome.
Grayscale because it's late and grayscale is quicker. He's mostly tin colored anyway.

I must say I'm getting really sick of goofy-looking villains (or nonvillains) in anime, but I still like One Piece. Y'know, they practically started it. They're allowed.
