asi eevee got that loser looks because I'm seriously tired lol I don't want to do anything so just lay like that. like a dead skin.

today i didn't go sparring which I know I should (so I get this pic done), because I'm so tired, this morning I was going to take train to work but I left my card in the gym so I went with my bike and back. but no excuse next time. I need to sort my sleep out that's the thing.

also I already lost 1 kg, I checked it yesterday. faster than I thought. but yer monday to Thursday on my stupid bike and the stupid hills. it's my problem really because I want to stay at the lowest gear it's the whole point of the training ~ another reason is because if I do change gear my chain would pop out that's how shit my bike is.

and I have to clean up my room this weekend, it really looks like a construction site.
