Not as far as I know, but I don't get cable. If you want to see it in Europe you can always do what I did and download it using bittorrent.
You can only get the subtitled version that way but after seeing a lot of "Americanized" anime I've discovered that having to read what the characters are saying is preferable to hearing voice acting that makes you want to claw out your eardrums.

I made it by myself. To make the aura, i used the airbrush in PS. For the little square, i used a default photoshop brush in addiction layer xD Simple and easy! and it's quite faithful to the original.
