Do these things have removable faces or something..? Or do they come in a model pack with different separate faces?

The inside of the figma box comes with the figure, removable hands, sometimes accesories (like the Miku figma comes with leeks) a stand, 1-3 faceplates (you take the bangs off and the faceplate, then click the other faceplate in), and a bag to hold all of the acessories in.
