She lives in a world where people are either born with wings, energy they can manipulate in some way or the other, or without either of these.
There's been much strife between these three, but she's now become part of an organisation working to make each group feel safe again (though it has a slight preference towards winged).
She's a broken girl, but tries to find her way over and over again. Not accepting a fate of suffering, she keeps looking for her way to live her life. (and believes she'll find that way if she stays with the people leading this organisation.)

I think you did an amazing job. The pose is great, the composition is well done and I really like how you played with the rain on the wings and the face. The outfit she's wearing looks really comfy and I want those!
