He's a warlock by nature and mind control, pyrokinesis and lightning is up his alley so I'd say, yes.

Oh nah, not really, that was just for fun. I think at most he could take on 5-6 skilled and strong people assuming he pulled out all the stops.

True   Is he capable of performing Tank, DPS and Healer roles at the same time? (using MMO terms)

He can drain health and mana but not enough to tank probably, least in this form

It's a form that converts his magical strength into physical strength and adds in some weaponry usage. Range can be compensated for with breath attacks and flight. More physically durable as well

Some natural regeneration but not as much as before. Consider it an intermediary form for the purpose of learning to triple wield and be a melee.
