Description Whoa, it's been some time since I last drew chibies...oh, I missed drawing them TT^TT

So...this is a little thing I drew for Kakashi's birthday I've been trying to get better at drawing and coloring hair, and tried to use different colors...I added a few things in this one, so...constructive criticism is welcome!
