& We made a baby~~
I've always wanted to draw Sakura pregnant but never did. I mean she has like 5 pregnacies in my Next Gen project~
I dunno which child this is, it could be the first or last, but judging on the length of her hair I will say Raiden. Reguardless of who, i'm sure it went alot like this everytime.
I can see Sakura just walking through the living room when she suddenly starts getting bad contractions, next thing she knows she is clawing at the curtains. Obviously she screams for Itachi, either in the sense of pain or anger. He hears this and KNOW WHATS UP.

How I imagine this:
Itachi rushes down the stairs in a fury, runs up behind Sakura and touches her shoulder lightly. She whips her head around and screams, "GET TSUNADE, NOOOOOOOW." Itachi looks terrified at his wife and takes off to next door. (Sasuke and Ino live there) He throws open their front door and points at Ino, "It's time! Call for Tsunade for me and tell Sasuke to get over here and watch Reika and Nozomu." He slams the door and runs back to Sakura, who has ripped the livin hell outta' the drapes and now is kneeling on the floor grunting. Itachi kneels over her and wraps his arms around her upper back to keep her from punching him. "IF YOU'VE COME BACK EMPTY-HANDED I WILL RIP YOUR BAL--" Tsunade and a pregnant Ino run in much to Itachi's relief, Sakura sighs out and tells Tsunade how much time is between her contractions. Sasuke arrives with little Tadaaki and bee-lines it straight to the kitchen where Itachi is hiding for the moment. They look each other, both the look of absolute terror. Sasuke takes Reika and Nozomu with Taadaki into the other room and offers a look to Itachi meaning 'good luck'. Itachi rushes into the living room to console his raging wife, she glances at him with a fierce look. "NO. MORE. CHILDREN." Itachi swallows hard and nods nervously.
HA! Little does she know she gets to have 3 more! xD

I can see Sasuke sitting in the room being climbed all over by the children while he thanks god he isn't in the other room. (Reika would be 4, Nozomu would be 2 and Taadaki would be 1.) Reika is must likely putting bows in Sasuke's hair while Nozomu grabs at his face and Taadaki giggles in his lap drooling all over his pants. Ah Sasuke, where he belongs. HAHA~~~

But then i figure that Itachi holds Sakura the hold time and deals with the pain when she breaks his hand fro holding it. I feel like Sakura would let him hold her out of everyone during it, then she would be all lovey dovey when the babies out and she is done. Good thing about being a medic? She don't gotta wait to get it on again, she can speed up the healing process down below xD

Sakura NEVER allows Sasuke to be in the room when she is giving birth, only Ino, Itachi and Tsunade. And Sasuke is totally cool with that, he DOES NOT wanna see her like that and besides he already has to see Ino like that. xD
Sasuke is always the designated child watcher for Itachi and Sakura. LOL
The first time, when she had Reika, she was stuck with Sasuke. She was home alone (Itachi was out, Ino was at the hospital working) and she started having contractions, her only option was to get Sasuke. So she waddled her way next door and punched his door through. Sasuke nearly fell out of his seat with shock a just barely dogded the door. Sakura then waddled over to him and grabbed his collar. "THE. BABY. IS. COMING." She gritted out and Sasuke gulped. "..right now?" Sakura tightened her grip nearly choking him. "RIGHT NOW!!!" Sasuke freed himself from her grasp and asked her what to do. She told him to get Ino or Tsunade or anyone, but she needed them NOW. Well Sasuke ends up having to deliver the baby right there in his kitchen, seeing more of Sakura then he EVER wanted. Itachi shows up right as Sasuke puts Reika out and is in shock that his 'foolish little brother' actually delivered his first child. Sasuke is tramuatized. Sakura is mortified that her old crush and now brother-in-law has seen EVERYTHING. After Itachi was told, they never spoke of it again and agreed Sasuke is be away during the birthing process.
