UPDATE Ok I want to clear some things up. I didn't really specify who these two are (apart from Russia being the most obvious one). At first when I was drawing it I intended it to be Russia and China but because of some other people's interpretations I started to realise that the other character could cross pretty much all the other half of Russia pairings you would like it to be such as Belarus, China, fem!Russia or even Liet (Lithuania). So because I feel that it seems to be suitable either way I think I shall let you guys, who are colouring it, determine the other character. ;D
I had fun listening to the song on repeat. So whimsical.
And then this came up. :-| And no am not planning to colour it. The flowers were already pain enough... Anyone who's interested in colouring it in please do go ahead. I give full allowance! 8D (-ehrm- do please credit me if you are colouring it and if you can... tell me so I can have a look pwease. *puppy dog eyes*)*whistles song* So in love with this song.

LOL this is also to answer your other question. I did intend it to be RoChu but some people started to interpret it differently so I think I'll add in the comment box that they can interpret it however they want. I just realised that China can also be Liet after second thoughts. .__.
