I just talked about that with someone, sometimes an art block comes from not sleeping enough. You should try to sleep about 8 hours a night an see if it gets better. (:
That's because your brain uses your sleep to organize, it takes neurons that are very similar ant connects them to make your problem solving skills more general. If you don't sleep enough, your brain can only solve familiar problems. And being creative is basically thinking of unknown things. That's probably it. I get quite a bit of sleep..but then I'll get those nights where I am wide awake and I can't do anything but play video games lol oh man so science, much health such knowledge.Β
I am gonna have to watch this. Maybe I'll figure out a better sleeping pattern for myself. Thank you!
