Odd couples...? They're practically MEANT for eachother, it's the only coupling in the series I support %500+ and beyond, dead serious here...!

It's technically not even an odd couple, because he marries all of them in the end. But it was in the original and technically depending on the universe he doesn't necessarily get to choose any, so. I think it counts!

Nope, Seina did it because Tenchi does it. It's just that with Tenchi it's always 'after the story is over' because one of his suitors still looks like a child by the end of the stories.

It's entirely via word of the creator. It's never stated in-universe except maybe in GXP. Basically Tenchi's royal blood allows him to marry everyone, while with Seina it's more of a 'I just have to marry everyone' situation. Tenchi just...never gets to that point before restarting into another series, lol.
