love this robot mecha who uses a sword and not a gun, nice change! the angle and girl looks ok to me but the head should be tilted up way more like when you have to open your mouth because the neck skin is pulling tight straining

The angle here is pretty outstanding but for the girl it looks more like she's looking at a large painting of a robot. Her angle view should be from below to above, which should be the same of the robot's perspective.
The background is kinda bland and you should add in some explosions and rumbles to show there's a war going on.

If you said you can't draw well, I would say that's bad planning or put it other way, your eyes got problems and you're badly in need a pair of glasses.
Whatever you do, just remember to take a second look before you execute it on PC. You are too good to make silly mistakes like that
