So I'm assuming the background isn't hand drawn. Probably rendered, screenshot, and then manipulated/edited to blend in. Still a ton of work.

Whenever I feel like giving up, or like pursing an illustration career is pointless, I remember your amazing work and all the passion
you have for our world. When I feel like giving up or feel sorry for myself, I tend to remember how you keep going even if it hurts
your hands to paint.

As far as i remember, you are right handed.
you might, other than using 3d models (that is super helpful) try to learn to use the left too, so you can let your right hand rest. If you aren't fully right handed, few days or week of practice should be enough to gain dexterity in your left hand.
