Description Kyo from Dir en grey

picture from the new Ongaku to hito issue.

finally I finsihed, I did the sketch long time ago...I almost like this drawing..I forgot his necklace..and the paper I drew on is pretty thin so the hair part become a bit crinkly while scanning. but I'm pretty happy with the result, what do you think about it?

tools: pencils 2B-6B, 0,7 mechanical, white pastel
time: about 4 hours

Wow....Very nice portrait you've done there! Since you wanted critique, I'm gonna squint and try to find some points you could improve on.....Like the jacket....although drawing a jacket ( and clothing in general) is really tough, you can get some nice results using cotton sticks. Yes, those little sticks with cotton pads on the ends of it XD It's really great for smoothing out shades and edges...
I love the details you drew, like the tattoo and the sunglasses ^^ Keep on like that!

yes, the jacket..oh I have to draw clothes.//. I'm not good at it. thanks for the nice hint I'll try with cotton sticks. and thanks for the constructive critique, that's what I really needed!
