yuya, so i've decided i want to cosplay SeeU sometime in the future and it will be my first cosplay where i make everything from scratch. can u tell me how u made the cuffs and the ears?

Cuffs:
I drew rainbows on foam from the $1 store! then painted it with (any) paint about 2 layers. I did this with 4 cones, black and orange. Then I hot glued them together. On the sides I put velcrow, but they didn't stick the first time so I suggest SUPER glue!
Ears:
I bought foamboard from Joanns for 30 cents (with a ton of coupons LOL!) and cut out four triangles. :3 I got the speakers at ross for $6 and cut it out of the shape. I just hot glued it together lol! then my dad put two wires out of the sides so I can bobby pin it to my wig.
