A special gryphon out of a few ideas^^With this arms she will for sure Β be great at do the dusting...^^

Dusting? Right... I bet it has nothing to do with anything sexual...

Well still not this familiar with the english language, so I am not sure what dusting would mean in a sexual context?
Sometimes character were just made out of a idea for a design with not much more though put in it, like in this case
So it was fine at this point and maybe I will even "resurrect" her at some point if I see a "use" for her, but not for now
(but still like the design and especially the duster like feathers, so we will see^^)Β

(Nothing sexual about dusting, as far as I know... it's just that, considering the types of pictures you make, I was playing on the fact that I could not take anything you say in the description for face value; it's like "you may say it's for dusting, but I bet there's something sexual about it")
You should put the character in future pictures; I think this might be easier to draw than your bird characters!

I were expecting the shoulder wing idea, but I really, really loved how her bird dark feathery portion looks like a dress in contrast with her furry light colored bottom.
Also her arms may be very good for hugs, or, lucky for her, the color of her plumage makes easier to take the dust off, unless she is assigned to dust a blackboard chalk board... this may be very evil. ovo

Yeah the first tries were closer to your SerenaΒ΄s design but the shoulder wings just looked a bit too broad in this caseΒ
So she ends up with just feather dusters on her hands^^
And as said in my reply to Boogeestro:
In german there is the term "Federkleid" for the blumage of a bird, it is a compound of the the german words for feather and dress
(i am not sure if there is something similar in english^^)
So the thought was to let her feathers look like a dress/skirt, a so called "Federkleid" (so actually just a visualized pun^^),
the furry lower part is this bright to ensure the contrast to this feather dressΒ
And yes she could called a living feather duster so her plumage is extra dust and dirt resistant so no need for evilness
(by the way maybe next time she should wear a maid outfit, the colors would suits her^^)
