Hatsune Miku's Append. This is her new getup for the latest Miku Vocaloid program. She's very sexy and daring in this outfit.Miku was drawn and colored in sai, and the background and effects in photoshop.

The hands are quite a bit on the small side and I think the leg shown on the right (her left leg, in other words) should probably be a little thicker around the knee/upper calf area, but otherwise, I think it looks great! C:
