5 hours is just a number, more important is the consistance. I know everyone has a lot of activities to do in real life but if you want to follow the road, you should put time and effort on it I understand that its hard to stay in schedule but once you take it more serious and professionally, you can't get out of it

At the beginning I just draw stuffs and don't care how good it is. If you care too much, it will stop your creative mind. It's a long process, it will definitely take time even with someone with great talent. A tips for keeping drawing is: Don't think, just draw if you spend too much time on thinking what to draw, you will draw nothing.
And yeah this Corona time is the best moment to build up the habit
