"One of my absolute favorite pictures. I don't usually keep track of how long it takes me to do any given pic, but I did this in one somewhat fell swoop. From start to finish, this took about six hours. It's based on a fanfic idea I had that may or may not be written, in which Zim finally did manage to conquer Earth, and the only way he could preserve Dib was to make him look like a test subject. It comes across as predominantly slashy, but there's more to the story than just slashiness. Zim and Dib c. of Jhonen Vasquez"

Whoa...this is...I dunno. Crazy. Scary. And yet...there's a subtle beauty to it. Gives me chills every time I look at it (probably because Dib looks creepily like my bf...) Great coloring, great shading.
