Very nice and I love how you have Jade look like a sexy Black lady. I get real tired of artists who white wash her. Hell even Midway is guilty of this as they made her look Asian in the Mortal Kombat X mobile.

Almost but the diffuse, normalΒ and specular map are not the same. I didn't want their face to be too much similar. I think it works as you're asking me
On a side note, concerning Kitana and Mileena, the eyebrows are not the same on MK2 and UMK3 textures. The MK2 has Katalin Zamiar's eyebrows and UMK3 has Becky Gable's one.
The 3 characters share the same file (but they each have their own texture folder). The differences (Mileena's mouth for exemple) are made using shapekeys.

I see. I think changing their makeup and eyebrows is a nice compromise to make each respective version accurate enough, but still keep it looking like the same character. Thanks for the insight!
