After seeing fliers for "Maternity Yoga & Fitness Classes" (curiously enough at a Martial Arts school), Matti decided to give it a look. Heavily pregnant with triplets, she figured it was probably a good idea to stay in shape.Upon meeting the instructor for the class, Shiina, they became fast friends. Currently heavy with her two large twins, Shiina definitely knew what Matti was dealing with and was happy to help her out.
Shiina begins to train Matti in several prenatal fitness activities, to include Yoga.
Only problem: Matti had pretty terrible balance BEFORE she was pregnant. The added weight of her three pups out front was not helping that at all.
Ever patient; Shiina helps Matti out through the exercise, making sure no accidents occur. Hopefully a few repeated lessons help Matti get more accustomed to her gravid form.

Why yes, it is recommended to stay in top shape during pregnancy. It's nice to see Matti is trying her best in yoga class ^_^
