Description

Here's my half of art for an Esk for art trade with Bluebird . It's Squirt and their tadpole swarm drifting through the water in a storm. I hope you like it!

Some of these Tadpoles are Squirts familiars, but some are wild. Together, they protect the young ones from the storm since tadpoles aren't particularly strong swimmers, tend to be topheavy and can easily be swept up or away by a strong current. A harmless little nip or gentle nudge directs the wild ones away from the dangerous spaces they may get trapped in later once the rain stops and the flooding waters receed.
