When Julia had learned how transform body, she found the experience and feelings overwhelming. Certain emotions usually caused her to change. She also found changing her form took allot effort and concentration too. learning to use these new limbs was almost like a small child learning how to move and walk for the first time.
Julia was one of three amputee children who were "infected" by an ancient alien biotech serum. All three children had a dragon form change to their bodies. Each altering in a different way. All three children regrew missing limbs and looked normal. When emotionally triggered, these children began to alter.
Julia spent several months learning to adapt to her new limbs. she was adapted by Rictor and Tamera (the owners of the ancient serum).
