Contrast is a short Grey who acts somewhat like a nanny for the Human-Grey Hybrids. The Hybrid known as Sarah had grown rather fond of her and enjoys her company. When the vessel that was transporting Sarah to a north-Atlantic USO base was shot down off the coast of southern Nova Scotia, she volunteered to retrieve her. Contrast has neutral feelings about her work, as all Greys do. Contrast could care less about the hybrids she works with, but she has developed some sort of bond with Sarah.
