Heya! I'm here from !!!!!!!!!!
First off, I want to say that I am a huge Clone Wars fan (hopefully just like you )! anyways, to the pros and cons. Starting of with whats good with this piece, I really like the hologram effect that ashoka has. It looks really cool, but above all else, accurate to the cartoon. Secondly, I think that the shading and painting is really good. The shading on the inner part of her... hair? (I don't know what it's called xD) is really good in that the gradient looks nice and is not very distracting from the whole piece. Now, to the cons. I think that the "outline" around ashoka looks very straight and edgy - very unnatural. it somewhat looks as if it was chroma keyed/ photoshopped in. Also, (especially on the left shoulder) the outline is very wobbly. To fix this, you could add slight shading or highlights to the edges. secondly, I think you could slightly work on your anatomy. The face looks a bit squashed and flat, and the eyes have a weird curve to them. lastly, her lips look a bit to big and too close to her mouth. All of these things makes her look a bit too overly smug. But anyways, thats just my two cents and my feedback. Overall, I think it's really good! keep up the good work, and if you improve at a few small things, you can make even more amazing work

Thank you so much for the advice! I see what you mean. Originally I had outlined the piece, then tried to remove the lines. In doing so, I should've paid more attention to how harsh I made the edges look. And I agree with the anatomical issues. I was unable to make her nose appear three dimensional on her face. I'll have to check out some tutorials and learn how to do that! I deeply appreciate your compliments as well! I'm rather proud of how the shading turned out! Thank you so much for taking the time to critiqueΒ my work!
