I can definitely see the areas that you've improved in actually, great job
I like how you did the shading in this one, I think you need to practice the smaller details as well
Try adding just a few patches of scales (you don't have to draw them all over, just in a few spots for effect)

Yeah I noticed them when I was drawing it actually. It's nice to have something to compare too.
Thanks I am still working on my shading technique. I think I'm starting to get there. Yeah small details are a pain in my hand that I need to get over
