Description

An ancient myth tells of a powerful being that roamed the mortal plane. A mysterious cloaked warrior wielding a sword that crackled with bolts of arcane lightning, Thunder Lord Vaesaaj was mentioned occasionally throughout many time periods. It's said that this being would appear on war-torn battlefields and fight alongside those it deemed just. The scattered record of its exploits only detailed small pieces of its history. Those that fought along side the Thunder Lord noted peerless mastery of the blade and the ability to weave lightning bolts into rending storms.

This early entry from the Elemental Circular series is another more "humanoid" creature. Covered in spiky armor and partially obscured by a flowing cape, Vaesaaj takes some elements of knight-like characters and mixes them with some more otherworldly features. I do want to draw more of these types of entries in the series as it's not just restricted to monsters or dragon-types. This design being on of the first predates the whole Speed Drawing process.
