Well, doesn't he look HAPPY? Like, crazy happy?Since I restarted my comp today, I decided to change my 1st made desktop background ( [link] ) with this one. My faithful Joker watchers will notice that this is a drawing that I did several months ago and never finished it! (I didn't know what to put into the background!
