Description
A ancient man, and truly ancient at that, While Titan Cavalier was already quite old being born in the early 11th century. Admiral Faustius tops this feat by dating back to the BCs. Though how he went from a mere captain of a Roman ship to a immortal mage involves a bargain he made with Cthulhu in 133 BC to save himself, his ship and it's crew from a raging storm. He eventually, with the help of a Christian mystic and archangel (the same one that would later help Titan Cavalier defeat Smorgasborat) during the reign of Constantine the Great, breaks the bargain and ends up nearly dying because of it when his former power were stripped from him and replaced with a curse that depowered him. He was then blessed with a even greater power than the one his old power granted him from the bargain centuries ago and able to defeat a lesser cthulhu minion that was sent to claim his life. He was also made a admiral of the Roman navy during it's decline.

The record of his life from 500 AD to 1000 AD is scant. Early during this time he was a high-priced mercenary/bodyguard. Went 100 years without a bath. He served for a period of time as a guard captain for the Pope. In the 700s he became a merchant who owned his own inn and sold magical items such as potions and jewelry to wealthy clients until another wealthy merchant was jealous of his wealth had his inn burned down, had his estate broken into and the money inside stolen, then attempted to had Faustius killed, but didn't work. That rival was (ironically) killed when Faustius fought off his mercenaries and ended up hitting the merchant when he charged at him with a enchanted sword stolen from Faustius. After this incident Faustius took the money stolen from him back but eventually sold off his business and went on to serve as a General under Charlemagne and his successors. Faustius also served with the Imperial Bavarian Taskforce and the Anti-Smorgasborat Taskforce alongside Titan Cavalier.

Faustius is wearing the light Anti-Magic Taskforce armor as a shirt, it is a leather vest with metal elements including use of the Taskforces unique metal Adamante, though this version is different as it's enchantments involve the ability to protect and shield the wearer and ward against curses instead of carving through enchanted armor like the Taskforce blades. Ironically the Adamante blade can carve through this armor but this takes too long to be done in a fast pace battlefield setting. Some inspiration is taken from the Iron Man suits.
